High floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a lawn, bordered with lavender and other aromatic herbs, fig and olive trees.

Large living room equipped with a B&O system, open space kitchen, comfortable bathroom with steam bath, bedroom with walk-in closet. Independent heating and air conditioning.
